Hello guys. I am presenting you with a new recipe. Cheesy Pizza Bun. I always like to experiment with my food. Sometimes it's a thumbs up (like this recipe) and sometimes it's not. It's a pizza with a twist. We all have had a pizza with toppings and cheese on it. Cheesy pizza bun is a bun or pav as called in Hindi, with pizza toppings and cheese in it. You see these buns are very sensitive because they have feelings (fillings)😉.
I have the recipe of Cheezy Pizza Bun from scratch, as to how to make buns and how to stuff it with pizza toppings and cheese. These buns are really very soft, spongy, and cheesy. I have used processed cheese in this, but you can replace it with mozzarella cheese to give much better results. You can customize the toppings as per your choice. Adding the chili flakes, black pepper and pizza seasoning on the bun gives the taste as a pizza base.
Brushing the buns with butter and sprinkling the spices gives a better texture and taste to the buns. You can replace the warm water with warm milk with the same proportion. To get the best results make sure you are using a good quality of Yeast. The yeast mixture should turn frothy to make your buns soft and spongy. Also, keep your dough in a warm place and cover it properly so that it rises. If your dough hasn't raised you might not get good results. I have used the processed cheese in stuffing, you can use Mozzarella cheese for better results.
So let's start with our recipe.

2) Take a mixing bowl or paradh(mixing plate), sieve 2 cups Maida, and a pinch of salt to get a lump-free dough. Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and knead a sticky and soft dough which will ensure that your buns will be very soft. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, add 1 tsp butter and knead the dough again.

4) Meanwhile, take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies, spices, and pizza sauce and prepare the stuffing.
4) After the first proofing, punch the air in the dough, add 1 tsp of butter and knead again for 2-3 minutes. Divide the dough in equal portion and roll into a bun.
5) Take a dough ball, flatten it with the help of your fingers, apply pizza sauce, add the stuffing and place a cheese cube in the middle. Now carefully seal the edges and roll it into a bun.
6) Repeat the same process for all the dough balls.
